Safety
An arena mirror isn't decor. It's a large sheet of glass standing a few feet from a thousand-pound animal, in a state that gets hurricanes. Every ClearStride panel is bonded to a silicone safety backing as standard — so if the glass ever breaks, it stays together.
They spook, they kick, they lean. A safety-backed panel takes that hit as damage to a mirror — not as loose glass at hoof height, where you and your horse are working.
Hurricane season is just part of the calendar here. If wind or debris reaches an unbacked mirror, that glass becomes debris itself. The backing keeps a broken panel in its frame instead of scattered down the length of your arena.
